GetLink is a powerful tool that uses the retargeting technology to increase conversion. It determines which product will be most interesting for each particular user, and when the user clicks on the ad space, it redirects them to the appropriate page. Retargeting is showing ads to users who have already visited your website. For example, after browsing bikes in an online store, the user will see "bike" banners everywhere as a reminder of the incomplete purchase, until the transaction is finally closed.

To start working in GetLink, the webmaster selects one or more offers for retargeting, and sets BackURL in case retargeting cannot be applied. Using information from DMP and Live Product Base, the system determines whether the visitor is interested in some particular product, after which GetLink issues a corresponding link for redirecting.
The following scenarios are possible:
- If the user has previously visited advertisers’ websites, the system enables retargeting. The link leads the user to the page with the most interesting product for him;
- If the user has not visited advertisers’ websites, he will be redirected to the specified BackURL;
- If the BackURL link is not working, the user is sent to the standard BackURL specified in the tools;
- GetLink also allows showing specified text templates to the user.
